2023 started with such joy, our Rosh Hashana in the yard with family and friends who became family, good food, convos and much laughter.
Things turned pretty dark shortly after on humanity, on Jewish people around the word on WHAT MAKES SENSE!!!
My eyes can only look forward, telling 2024 it HAS TO BRING IT!!!
Bring back love! Free Love!!
Bring back compassion!
Bring back some kind of REASON!
Bring back light and hope!
Bring back kindness!
BRING OUR PEOPLE HOME!!!!!
Move away from hatred, racism and violence which takes us ALL down!!!
As your teacher and friend, on and off the mat, I wish for you a state of flow in the come year – not forcing, not avoiding or rejecting but letting things come….
I wish for you to not control (most times we cannot!), but focusing on creating instead….rejected from whatever? Create one yourself!
I wish you much much health!!!
I wish you will chase NOTHING and attract instead, EVERYTHING!!!
Stop hustling thinking it’s you just being productive. Try instead to find some inner, wild, innate alignment and act from that gorgeous center!
If you good at something and utterly passionate about it, don’t play small – GO GET IT!!! Expand beyond any imagination; yourself and others!
Move!
Rest!
Drink water!
Invest in long, expanding convos!
Go inward in the cold winter-no aversion, just surrender!
The sum of 2024 is 8 – Strong number in Jewish mystic – Let’s trust it is!!!
2024 that is even, that is love, that is back to some kind of order 💙
I can tell you that when the world seems too dark and scary through my eyes, I think of all of you and I KNOW, I AM STRONG!!!
