REVI FRYDMAN
Founder + Yoga Teacher · RYT 200

Revi discovered yoga after moving from Israel to Chicago in the late 1990s, beginning a journey that would grow alongside her through many seasons of life.

Over the years, she explored Hatha, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, developing a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, breath, and self-discovery. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016 and opened Neshama Yoga Studio in 2017.

Today, Revi brings that same curiosity to her teaching, creating space for growth, connection, and community. Through Neshama, she continues to share what yoga has given her—one breath and one soul at a time.

ASHLEY UY
Yoga Teacher · RYT 200

Ash discovered yoga when she needed it most—shortly after her dad passed away in 2015. Through movement, breath, and reflection, yoga became a way to process grief, reconnect with herself, and begin healing.

Ash loves that there is always room to grow in yoga while, at the same time, finding complete acceptance of exactly where you are. A certified 200-hour yoga teacher since 2017, Ash finds joy in helping students discover that same connection.

In Ash’s classes, expect a welcoming space to have fun, explore, and challenge yourself. Her goal is for every student to feel supported, encouraged, and comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
