As we continue welcoming the new year, a new moon in Scorpio begins. As the days get shorter and shorter, with the low-light New Moon phase, this can manifest as low energy for us – not negative necessarily, just less of the energy we may be used to, which you may have felt over the past week, and were not quite sure why, as it is so gorgeous out, and you must have wondered why do you feel SO tried????!!!!
It is a good time, as the image suggests, to drink a lot of water (always, right?), get good sleep, rest, reset, meditate, balance your Dosha (whatever Ayurvedic Persona you may be – Vata/Kappah/or Pita, with the right blend of spices and a good cup of tea (reach out if you want to know more or search and take an Ayurvedic test to figure out if you are more earth, air or fire). This info can be crucial in so many ways when it comes to diet and an overall health. We are all different – never better or worse, just different and knowing how, helps!!!
