Let’s talk about INSPIRATION; what it is? What role it plays in building and sustaining PRANA (life force)…..in the ability to find GRIT and the power to keep on moving always….forward and up……
For me, there are so many contributing elements when it comes to inspiration:
HOME, cooking, ongoing positive energy, the love to life and all it has, does and will keep offering, coffee, good long soulful talks with friends, NATURE, family, seeing the world and always and forever, ……….MUSIC!!!!
While in New Orleans with my crew, yet again, music came through as a strong inspiration to “look beyond” the cold and the grey awaiting us back home and in only one step into a gorgeous AFRICAN ART Gallery with a music that instantly transformed me into a new set of transitions, sequences….classes to pass on to you!!!! The classes were literally writing themselves…..
Indeed, growling up in small town and dreaming about the big city, doing big things one day, were all possible through what music helped me create in my head, feel in my heart….manifest in my ever developing third eye!
If you look up, around and essentially everywhere, there is an inspiration waiting for you to latch on, to tune in, to come closer to that never ending creative force from within you- take it!!!! Run with it!!!! never ever give up!!!!
Music begins, continues and ties up my classes; to a theme, to a specific message…..to your soul!!!!!
